How do I set up Smart Heating?

Activation is simple:

• Open the Frank app and navigate to Smart Home → Smart Heating.

• Click on ‘Connect heat pump’, agree to the terms and conditions, and select your brand and address.

• Click on ‘Log in’. This will open a login page for your brand.

• Enter your heat pump account details here and click on ‘Log in’.

A waiting screen will then be displayed while we connect to your heat pump. Depending on the brand, this can take around 30 minutes.

Once we have successfully connected to your device, it will appear under Smart Home.

After that, everything will happen automatically. We will not control your devices for the first 3 to 4 weeks. This allows us to learn how your heat pump or air conditioner normally works (i.e., without smart control). After that period, we can control them more intelligently, and you will immediately see your savings and bonus increase in the app. You will also have the option to set your preferences. The more space you give, the greater your savings and bonus.
