What are the network usage tariffs (TURPE)?

The public electricity network usage tariff (TURPE) is set by the Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE).

 It is collected by Frank Énergie and paid in full to Enedis, with no margin added by Frank Énergie.

The TURPE comprises three components:

o   TURPE CC – metering component

o   TURPE CG – management component

o   TURPE CS – withdrawal component
