How does monthly billing work at Frank Énergie?

In month M, Frank Énergie bills you for:

• The monthly payment (deposit) corresponding to your estimated consumption for month M+1;

• The adjustment of the advance payment for month M-1, based on your actual consumption as measured by Enedis.

At the end of the contract, Frank Énergie: 

•  refunds any overpayments, or 
•  bills the remaining amounts, so that you only pay the actual cost of your consumption.
