How do I connect my battery?
The connection process differs by brand. For most brands, you can connect your battery automatically through our app. Below, you can see what you need to do for each brand.
Connect by logging in
For these brands, you connect your battery by logging in through our app using your manufacturer's account. Then you agree to the terms and conditions. Your battery will then be connected automatically.

Connect using a code
For these brands, you enter a code in our app. Your battery will then be connected automatically.

Then enter the inverter serial number (14 characters). Does your Battery ID start with 60? Then this number starts with a 1. Does your Battery ID start with 34? Enter the same number again |
| AlphaESS | Your inverter serial number (15 characters, often starts with ALD or ALB) and the check code (6 characters, letters and numbers) |
| Anker Solix | The System ID (at least 14 characters) and the check code (6 digits). You can find both in the Anker Solix app under Advanced Settings, under Virtual Power Plant |
| HYXi | The Battery ID (14 characters, starts with 60 or 34). You can find it in the HYXi app or on the inverter sticker under 'SN'. Then enter your inverter serial number. Does your Battery ID start with 60? Then this number starts with a 1. Does your Battery ID start with 34? Enter the same number again |
| KSTAR | Your inverter serial number (shown on your inverter) and the binding code (6 characters, letters and numbers, which you can find in the K-Star app) |

| Sigenergy | Your Sigenergy System ID (15 characters: first 5 letters, followed by 10 digits). You can find it in the Sigenergy app |

Connect through your partner's app
For these brands, you connect your battery through the partner's own app. The partner then shares the necessary information with us.

Connect through your installer
For this brand, your installer will arrange the connection.
