How do I look at the savings and profits?

Your benefit consists of savings on your energy bill and any bonuses from market optimisation. You can see these separately in the app.

Savings show the estimated benefit you get from smart control. This amount is not paid out separately. Instead, you save directly on your energy bill, for example by using electricity at cheaper times or taking less electricity from the grid.

Please note: the savings shown in the app are estimates. For your energy bill, we only use your actual electricity consumption and feed-in as recorded by your smart meter.
