Do I need to add additional information?
We need some information about your solar installation to estimate how much electricity your solar panels will generate. This also applies if your inverter is not supported. We use this information to improve our forecasts and optimise our smart services.
How do I add my solar panels?

| 1 | Open the Frank Energie app and go to 'Smart Home' |
| 2 | Select 'Add solar panels' |
| 3 | Select the brand of your inverter |
| 4 | Is your inverter brand not listed? Select 'Another brand' |
| 5 | Follow the steps to add your solar panels |
Do I need to enter any additional information?
After adding your solar panels, you may see 'Action required' notifications for your solar installation. Open these notifications and enter the requested information as completely as possible.
We use this information to better estimate your expected solar production and further improve our smart services.
What if my inverter is not supported?
You can still add your solar panels and provide the additional information, even if your inverter is not supported for Smart Feed-in. When adding your solar panels, select 'Another brand'.
